Phil Foden is a once-in-a-generation talent. He grew up dreaming of wearing the sky blue of his boyhood team Manchester City, and it wasn’t long before he was scouted for their academy. From Stockport streets to Wembley Arena, witness the rise of a new Premier League hero.
